Shipments should be coming in more often as I was told this past weekend . John forecasted to e ahead of demand by end of this week ... So I wouldn't think it would be a issue getting motors within 2 weeks from order submission. Theirs rally no comparable option atm... Every motor out is atleast .2 off pace on a larger track

For 17.5 we ran a 3 line in buggy with 45* on the can.

For 13.5 we ran a 4 line in 4wd buggy with 45* on the can also.

For that small of a track I don't have a FDR, most tracks guys are running on are twice the size. I would drop pinions way down and gradually work my way up. You should see temps 130 to 140 max. with a fan on the motors.

All the feedback I have is from running at the outdoor turf track at Madness.

There's a few guys running on smaller high bite clay indoor tracks, I could check with them to get a close FDR

I ordered a motor yesterday for 17.5 Touring, didn't really specify track size...does it matter?

The standard timing is 44 to 46* on the motolyser.

Guys have gone up to 48 on very small track and went to a 4.3ish FDR
On larger tracks a 4.0ish FDR and back to the standard timing.

What size track will you be running on?
How much traction?

It will vary, our series starts on small carpet, med-large outdoor. I would say overall average traction would be medium.

With the traction lower and small to medium sized tracks slightly higher timing would be better and a higher FDR.
