More 21.5 testing went on over the weekend in USGT and F1.
Bottom end is amazing!!

In USGT we ran 25* endbell timing with a 52-96 with 1.9 drive train.

In F1 we ran 25* also, but at a 36-96 with Tamiya rubber tires.

For those of you who just ordered 17.5's, they are being built now and will be shipped out today!

Big thanks to Wayne and John for all their advice, helping me setup my Team Scream 17.5 at brccc in Melbourne Australia.
This motor Just loves having teeth thrown at it.
Our track is laid out on two outdoor tennis courts if this helps you picture the length. My previous best lap time with a D3.5 was a 14.5

I've only managed to run this motor in two race meets, so there is still more speed to get out of it.
Tonight I ended up at 3.55fdr increasing the timing all the way to 42*. Temps were very low 48*and I went a full 0.4 sec faster than last week

Settings for last week were 3.68fdr with the same timing. Result was 0.2 better than my PB.
Never had this sort of personal service before. Your help has been invaluable

Thanks agin Team Scream
Mick

Ran the 17.5 at Jackson R/C this past weekend. Big track (140x50) timing a tick over 30* fdr of 3.62. Motor had plenty of speed, temps @142. Only thing holding me back was my 'foam' finger. Still figuring out this rubber tire touring car stuff. Is it 1/12 time yet?

We should have some 13.5's and 21.5's in a week or so

If all goes as planned we'll get them submitted to ROAR

If the 13.5 are not less than 13.4 ohms at 75 degrees, keep trying!!!! 13.0 would be better!!!!

Doing some work with the new 21.5's

Resistance numbers look great!!

The last batch they were 35.6 range. Other brand 21.5's I checked were 38 and up.

New batch is 34 range! Not bad

I'll be checking out the 13.5 stuff next.
