My first race is in Jan, that's cutting it close. I thought ordering it a month ahead would suffice but doesn't seem the case. If you guys got a regular TSR 17.5 that hasn't been claimed let me know, I'll buy that to get me going!

Got my first runs with my 17.5 for 12th scale in tonight. Very happy camper! I managed to TQ but having some bad luck and running into a disabled car on the track put me back. Had some other bad luck but every time I was back 40ft from lead car I managed to work right back up within car links of him. Finished second right on his bumper. We race at a big carpet track 100ft straight. Kept it geared in the 100 rollout range. Worked great! Temps were 130 degrees.

As soon as orders come in they go out the door to fill backorders...lol..
Best thing to do is place the order via the website and sit back and wait a few weeks.

I know it's not what people want to here, but the number of motors coming in and going out it crazy!

It's impossible to get 100% caught up and say things are back in stock.

I'll give you real world expectations, keep in mind i'm not complaining. I placed my order 12/1 and received a shipping confirmation 12/19 via TSR using UPS with a expected delivery date of 12/22 pending weather. A little over two weeks for build lead time, not too bad. Still have time to test and i'll make my season opener, so i'm all smiles.
