Since there is nothing listed for that class, pick TC, then in the P.P. note section add a comment it's for 17.5 WGT

I'll see if I can get that class added to the website.

I have had everyone tell me how quiet my SE is, it doesn't have that little wine that you typically have with a WGT car.

If the temps were 120 or less, more timing and maybe drop a gear.
You need to hear it off the turn

I thought once you set the timing then it shouldn't be moved.

I'm only 12 orders behind

Put the order in and you'll get it in time.

No, sometimes a change of a few degrees may be required.
The traction, car set up, or layout may require a slight change.

Also don't be afraid to try an off the wall gearing/timing. Sometimes that works the best, haha. Another option is just because the settings you have at work doesnt meant there arent better settings to be tried. Sometimes a little less timing and a few more teeth work, sometimes more timing and less teeth. Like the MAN said it depends on a whole bunch of other things. Don't be content until youve tried all the options!

Just got my 17.5 short stack for 1/12. Timing is half hash past 20deg. Where should I start rolling out at? Track is 90x40, indoor carpet. Thanks!

I'm running on a home track that is 75 x 50. Not very big, but until I can get my Saturdays back that is it. Normally on a 80 x 40.

I played around with the timing and gearing tonight. Found a lot of speed and got the motor up to 124*. I won WGT for the 2nd straight week.
