Was it the 0-30 discharger that overheated the cells? We had one pack went bad right away, we're using that discharger. What is recommended to use on the new cells?

Hey there Promatch peoples. Bought a pack from one of your team drivers after the snowbirds and upon receiving it i discharged it and noticed one of the cells was hissing and leaking fluid. Any chance i can get that cell replaced? If so...how much would it cost, if any? The numbers are:
EP4200 MII
sec 0432
AV 1.240
AR 1.5
im sure the rest is standard process so no need to repeat it. Im trying to get a local matcher to replace the cell but i wont be able to reach them for another week and half because they've already left for the Cactus Classic. Any help would be appreciated.
