Hi Neil. Please stay safe brotha man. It's been quiet over here as well since it's kinda cold and rainy during the past few weekends and traction outdoors is lacking.
Went to socal on Saturday for the first time in months and was reminded why I typically don't go there on Saturdays. Practice was a destruction derby and my racing can best be described as "fast but rusty"
Other than that, same old same old. Take care of yourself and come home safe.

Yeah, this year definately topped last year's race, no comparison. That main was so much fun! I can't believe how many people stuck around to watch the bottom main of mod. lol. Hopefully next year I'll be at least a main or two up from there. I'm going to try and hit either cleveland or the novak so I should have a little bit of carpet practice prior to the 'birds next time. Practice makes perfect..

Yes it does...You did VERY well in the main...you had some GREAT laps and some good lines....a few bobbles here and there but hey...You were in the Main with Billy you know !!!... ....Sorry Billy....That would be GREAT to hit up one of those races next year. GOOD LUCK

Now on another note,
I will finaly get the chance to race agian after this wonderful three weeks strait rain, But only on Saturday & Sunday, go figure.
I am going to run SoCals this weekend and next and I am looking forward to break in those new ProMatch Packs and Win a Main, don't really care which Main just that I win it....
That is what I love about this Hobby they set it up on skill level, I know I can not compete at the Pro level (for now) but I can win some the lower classes. Gotta love intermedate and sportsman classes.
Let you know how I fair,
Stephen <><

will the promatch gp3300 be good for nitro starter box. i currently have these cheap packs that did not last long at all, can barely turn the engine over. i am looking for two good packs that will not give me any problems. is promatch a good idea? also, i do not know much about batteries but someone told me matched packs are better? are they matched? are they zapped? and what is zapping? thanks in advance for your help.

IMO for a starter box, I would use un matched pack. I know some guys that use them and they work great.

what is the difference in using unmatched packs (the ones you suggested)? i thought matched packs were far better
