Default Snowbirds Winner Signs With Putnam Propulsion

Snowbirds Winner Signs With Putnam Propulsion

Putnam Propulsion would like to welcome 2007 1/12 Stock Snowbirds Champ Tom Firsching to the team. We're pleased that Tom chose to come to Putnam Propulsion to manage his "horsepower department" and eliminate that variable for the 2007-2008 season.

Welcome aboard Tom!

Thank you very much Todd for this opportunity. I'm looking forward to running Putnam Propulsion in the future. I feel a lot more confident about going to the Stock Invitational now.

Hey Smyka, you would have been my pick to win 1/12 at the Invitational, but I think the playing field has just been leveled. HAHA! See you in a couple weeks.

Todd, thanks again.

What's up TP? Final exams are coming up in about 2 weeks, and after that I'm done...which means a lot more racing, sweet!

Hey todd, I just wanna let you know that I learned more from you in a half hour on the phone than I have figured out on my own in 7 years of carpet racing. This past weeks club race I built a motor with your brushes the way you told me to and it was awesome. Just like you said it would be, faster at the end of the race. I won my first club race here in a while, and thats pretty tough to do racing against Brian, Mark, Frank, and Jeff every week. Thanks a ton.

Tom

Brian- I finally got outta here to go to a race last weekend, (Maximus/Jarrod Langlois home track) for an large oval event we sponsor, and came down with the flu and had to leave early...go figure. There must have been Kryptonite at Maximus. Good Luck w/ your finals...

Tom- Glad to here that you were able to see the on-track results we spoke about. Anytime you can beat Dayger, Wynn and the Calandra Mafia, club race or not, is an accomplishment. Hell, that's a National Event every week out there with the 5 of you...

blue and green brushes, I believe the green was on positive. .078 hole with .010 trimmed off the trailing edge. red spring on positive, green on negetive. broke in for 4 min. cleaned the motor out. rolled out 1.80 ( I run on a very small track, 7.9 fast laps). my fast lap was 8.0 but I finished with 8.4's while most of the guys were finishing with 8.5's and 8.6's.
