I need to take this opportunity to Congratulate the Stock Racers for such an imperssive week. Here are the results:
1/12th Stock GTP
TQ/Winner Jeff Dayger...lapping up to 2nd position in the A Main!
Touring Stock
TQ/ Winner Jeff Dayger
4 Cell Stock Oval
TQ/Eric Salvas
Open Wheel Sprint Cars
TQ/Winner Steve Salvas
All the racers used our EFB-180 or EFB-190-C brushes with our latest release, "Top Fuel" Comm Drops. These were used during break in as well as a performance-enhancing additive during the race.
Also want to Congratulate and Thank Paul Lemiuex for his win in 19 turn Expert as well as Jeff Dayger for qualifying 2nd in his first attempt at 1/12th GTP Mod...Awesome Job Guys!!!
Big Thanks to my entire team and support group for all your assistance and efforts not just at the race, but in the weeks leading up to it as well. I Love it when a plan comes together...

SA RACER: I like to start with our #180 or #190-C's, and follow these instructions:
-Break in with our "Top Fuel" Comm drops until the brushes are broken in across the full width of the brush. Usually takes about 400 seconds at 2 volts with a fan.
-Once they are fully seated, leave the brushes and springs fully intact, spray out with motor spray, reoil bushings and reinstall "Top Fuel" Comm drops when you go to the starting line....and hang on!!!
Alberto: We have shipped tens of thousands of pairs to Stormer, ERI, Competition Products and Lefthander in the week prior to leaving for the Snowbirds. We will fill the remaining backorders when we return to the shop on the 20th. Try one of those suppliers in the meantime...
Thanks!

Thanks Tod, What are the #180 and #190-C? I have the 170 and 140's, I mostly use 170's on both + and -, do you recomend drilling at all or does the brush give more power when not drilled?
I did some testing recently, took 1 of my motors, drilled + and - 170's with a 2.5mm hole, put it on the dyno and after tuning the springs a bit got some CRAZY numbers. I then ran the motor 4 times, cut the com ran another 4 races, and put it back on the dyno, by now the serations were long gone, but the hole was still there. on the dyno I still had the same power but RPM was a little lower, Cut the com and put the prushes back in. RPM was even higher than before, Torque was about the same and power also the same. so it seems this set of prushes could probably do another race day . These are much better than the 4499's that I use to use, on those I use to only get maybe 3 runs
PS: this is on a Monster

SA RACER: Here's the descriptions for the part #'s you asked about:
-EFB-180: (1) green shunt brush, (1) blue shunt brush with the trailing edges removed. Instructions included.
-EFB-190-C: (1) green shunt brush, (1) blue shunt brush,(full width face) with a pre-drilled cavity.
We used both of these to dominate the laydown classes at the Snowbirds. More detailed info on our setups will be posted soon...

The Performance Improving Motor Product, P.I.M.P. Juice (aka: Top Fuel Comm Drops) sold out all 500 bottles at the Birds, but should have more bottled and ready to ship by this time next week...
After it's display at the Jam and the Birds, it's gonna be bigger than Vivid's last release...
