Ottoman,
Someday Im going to just listen to you and not be so thick headed. I was sure I could get a set of 767's to run better than the Huricane gold's. Well I learned my lesson the hard way again. Wasted a whole nite tuesday in qualifying trying the 767's. Put gold brushes back in for the main and shaved another half second off of my laptimes with no other changes.

Im hooked, gold brushes all the way.

i must say at a big race last weekend i ran mod and stock, well to make a long story short i ran a stock motor with the golds in mod just to be stupid and they called my stock motor a cheater, it had the mod motor wine to it and seemed to be fast. I ran putnums in my good stock motor but might have to convert to golds

Brad-the motor you guys built and the batteries Buran had in the 4th 12th scale qualifier were very impressive!! He had rip and top end for a 200' straight. and he kept pulling 12 second laps till the last lap. I am sure he owes you guys bigtime for that run that got him in the A!!!!

I was on a tear in that round for-oohhhh-4-laps before I broke and I watched Burans car the rest of the run.

Very impressed!! I hope some people noticed the power of Gold brushes and your batteries after that!!!

Brad, thanks for the wire!!! I really appreciate it. FYI- a LOT of people have asked numerous times in the 1/12th scale thread where to get it. Assuming you sell it, I'll be glad to post it in there.

Awesome run bro!! You were smooth as silk, just like always!

Thanks again,
Jason

Once I make it out to the west coast here shortly I'll spread some Hurricane love around down there.

Kevin, is that April 10th? I might mark that up on my calendar. Is it a carpet race or offroad? Does RSJ even have offroad? haha
