I wouldn't recess the bulkheads on a 3mm chassis. Unless you could still hang a 120 tooth spur on it. The '04 was great with a 120+ tooth spur and this car gets better as you raise the tooth count.

It's nice to see an adjustable motor mount also. The largest pinion that I can squeeze in there with my 120 is a 33.

Nice job Jason. It's the little things that you do that make an already awesome car better that makes people flock to your kits.

Good Job and I can't wait until I get my hands on one.

Talk to ya later,

Tim

What kind of carpet are you racing on? What tires are you using?

Unless your setup is WAY off you shouldn't be sliding very easily on foam tires unless your running some weird type of slicker carpet with less traction or your running nitro sedan tires. Post your setup here and I'm sure you'll get some suggestions.

Check out my post on page 217 of this thread. It works great for me and is close to what a lot of people have ran. Make sure the rear tires aren't coming unglued from the rim on the edge also.

Good luck,

Tim

I'm assuming you are using traction compound right. If so...what kind, when, how much of the tire?
