Jason, I'll be running the 350 chassis you did for me with the extra cutouts at the Mazda race next month. I'm looking forward to it.

Wayne - Definately post pics of the BMI L4 when you get it tested and your report. I'm looking forward to running one this winter on carpet

John,
I'll be running Tuesday night with the latest version. Last Tuesday was a big success, The car had more cornering speed then a non-t-bar car, and was still easy to drive. With all the speed I could carry I was able to roll out higher and the car was more efficient. The battery movement, t-bar thickness, shock oil, rear dampening, and front springs are more critical now. The chassis and rear end assebly are very rigid, just a slight change in rear dampening or a .002" change in t-bar thickness makes a difference. I'll post pics Wednesday and give an update.

Default Pit Board

That pit board above was custom designed and built by me. It is not a McMoney pit board. McMoney does some nice work though. His boars are 18x12 and mine are 20x14. I think he charges $60 plus shipping for his.

If...BIG IF... I make some for sale they will probably cost about the same as the McMoney boards. He does better custom graphics and he does nice turbo gfx faceplates (I don't do those). I can use several of the graphics similar to the board pictured above which is just a Mandel if you know what that is. I then can put a name and varios Logo's on the graphic. I print 13x19 borderless prints for my pit boards.

Drop me a PM if you are interested. It's still up in the air if I'll make any but I can at least keep any interested parties informed if I do.

Default BMI eTC3

Got the BMI eTC3 chassis Saturday afternoon (THANKS!) and ran it today. Car ran really well for being the first day on the new chassis and second day on a new car.

Looking forward to getting more track time on the car in the next several weeks.

When the L4 chassis is available let me know. I'd like to get one, especially if it's in time for the Halloween Classic in Cleveland.

Thanks again!

Wayne - Cool! I can't wait to hear reviews. Just out of curiosity, what class are you running? Stock, mod, 19 turn? Also, what thickness T-bar are you using and color spring (assuming it's associated)

I run mod 1/12th in the winter, so generally around a 11 turn D6 with some nice GP3300's and a GM V8 ESC

Hey John...
I run stock and mod., usually 9 turn double geared 24-100 with 1.85 tires and we've been running the new epic stock 2 mag. motor (set up by TEAM SCREAM). I ran the same t-bar with these motors, a .064", with a green spring with 22 1/2 wt. oil. It looks like the only change needed was tires, I ran CRC grey rears and purple fronts in stock, and CRC pink or magenta rears and plaid or purple fronts. The shock angle has been changed and the way it mounts has been moved along with the stiffer chassis, I had to go to lighter dampening in the shock and in the dampening washers for the rear pod.

Thanks Wayne for the info. I'm currently running a 12L3 but you've said that the 12L3 parts will fit on the BMI chassis. That's good to hear. I run the IRS rear axle and think it should work? I do not know what really changed from the 12L3 to 12L4, if you could fill me in than I would appreaciate it.
