I personally like it better black. It looks bad ass. TOUGH. BTW I wondered if the 3mm upper deck was worth the extra $$. It was surprisingly stiffer with the thicker one on. The chassis itself is stiffer already than my tub. Im gonna start naming the TC3 the "flexy flyer"

Well I just bought got my chassis the other day drove down to the BMI shop in spring hill. I beleive I bought it from Jason himself if I do remember correctly. I'm not much of a racer anymore since I began running brushless systems. The car itself is runs a Hacker C40 7 Turn on the Jeti/Hacker sport esc. This car is insanely fast I still have to do a bit of tweaking to get it running right but as of now it's hella fun to just to screw around with.

Been wrenching all day. I think it was well worth it. Still alot to do, rebuild some shocks, electronics and setup. Trying to have it ready to practice tonight. Prettiest damn thing I ever saw.

Default BMI & Demon 1 Compared

I took my BMI w/2.5 upper deck out for the first asphalt meet of this year. Before buying the BMI, I was driving a Demon and EVO3. I still drove all the cars, i just switch it around every week to get a feel of how each one handles compared to the others.

I must say, the BMI is an incredible chassis. It was so smooth to drive, just like my EVO3. My lap times were almost half a second faster compared to my EVO3. Compared to the Demon, it's also smoother. I think it's because the Demon is a bit more stiff. But the Demon is great on carpet.

It's a great chassis. It's way better than the orginial FTTC3. Good job BMI. I'm glad I've got this chassis. I'll report back once I get more asphalt racing done this year.
