Curious.
If your pack is cold, say its been sitting in the car and its about 40 degrees. Will or can there be ill effects if you start charging when the pack is still cold?

Pitcrew,
I am not sure of the ill effects, but I would recommend not charging the pack when it is that cold. Let it warm up a little (room temp). Dan or Jimmy can provide more technical info, but I personally would not charge it when it is that cold. Performance will be suffered.
Sorry I could not give more details.
Dan or Jimmy??

If in doubt, stick it in your pocket for a few minutes. Just don't sit down...
