I have tested and less timing (+5) and more gear really brings quicker and more consistent lap times. Also I used to use around 15-20 on the drag brake settings and with the Synergy Motor I run 5-10. (off-road)

How much push control do you guys run? I started with 15 last week and I liked it, I may need to try more. I do not run drag brake.

Just a follow up on the weekend, CRCRC's Halloween Shootout, didn't have enough to run a separate Sportsman class so we ran with the Mod guys and where ever we qualified/finished was our spot in Sportsman, I managed to "TQ" and took 2nd in Sportsman and finished 4th in the C-main in Mod

I start at 15, and like to run as much as possible, as it keeps your RPMs up so your motor doesnt work as hard. For oval racing, I run it at 100... as long as I dont need drag brake!!!

Questions??

Hey Johnny I noticed you have JConcepts Bar Codes for 1/10th rear buggy in blue compound. Do you know what the difference is between the blue & gold compound, I know the gold is marked for indoor, but I'm looking for a little more rear side bite. I club race on med/high grip indoor hard pack clay track that will not groove, do you think there may be a performance difference?

Joe
