Good Job Guys!!!
Well.... Sorry its been so long since I came on here last...but we were busy last weekend... we nearly won every Expert class. Mod 2W and 4W eludeD us, as Frank Root was on the Money as Usual, and Banzai's Bisbee Took X-Stock Truck. Nick Lasley had a comfortable lead in Stock Truck, but had to blow out somewhere!!! Nick cant ever be perfect, like the truck race last year.
And yes we did forget one other MurfDogg Driver in the 4W Mod Main. Allan Webster qualified 4th(!!!) and unfortunately blew a rear gear in the main, but he did put another MurfDogg BRUSHLESS Motor in the A! Nick Lasley finished 2nd with a MurfDogg Brushed 11x1 in his Losi XX4.
19 TURN buggy main was a sweep of the podium spots for MurfDogg Motors, Slingshot Batteries, and Kyosho chassis!
Thanks to all my Drivers for sticking thru the rough track and extreme heat all weekend long. Without great drivers, MurfDogg Motors would never win a race.
I will have brushed and brushless motors at all JBRL races, however 17.5 motors are being pushed back till at least the end of summer. I am yet to hear of or see anyone run fast with 17.5 motors compared to Stock motors.
The new Stock motor, ran well, but will still undergo more testing. I am not yet convinced that they will be better than CO27 based motors.
Congrats to Michael Guzman, Top Qualifier and winner of Expert Stock 2W. I am glad you listened to me!
