Default 5400 50C

So I've been running the 5400 50C packs now for a few weeks and i have been really impressed. They have lots of punch that never seems to drop off.

+10

Thanks Gavin

Well yesterday was my first chance to run Speedzone Lipo's and the new Speedzone d3 17.5. I was very impressed!!! We run non boosted stock classes so big batteries and horse power is key. I had plenty of power with the Speedzone products to gain a TQ and win in stock truck!!! I ran a D3 17.5 in our sportsman SCT which is a 10.5 class. The d3 17.5 properly geared and with a lil boost had no problem hangin in that class either with a 3rd place qualifing position and lead most of the race till the last lap.(driver hick up and lost the win to an up & coming youngman that drove a good race)

I ran e 8th last weekend at the Oklahoma Nitro Club track at Taylor Park in Yukon, OK. This is the second season of operation and things are progressing nicely. We had 50 entries, a mix of short course, nitro buggy, truggy, and e buggy. I qualified 2nd and finished 2nd. It is a good start to the points series. The best part is the track is 15 minutes from home instead of the normal hour and fifteen to 3 hours away.

Another great day for Speedzone packs today. Ran a trophy race today running the 5400 50c packs. I ran stock SCT today (17.5- boost and timing allowed). I was sitting 6th in the A after 2nd round. I grabbed TQ in the 3rd round to get bumped back to 3rd place after the 2nd heat of SCT ran. I qualified 3rd in the A. Grabbed a great start and was right behind 1st. We stayed that way the whole race as we pulled away from the rest of the pack. The A main qualifying was about 15 sec between 1st and 10th place, some very close racing. Had a BLAST! Thanks Speedzone and Gavin.

I recently purchased the Speedzone 4000mah lipo 7.4V 30C pack and I wish to report that it performs great! It offers excellent power, great run time, and has no heat issues whatsoever.

This is the second lipo pack that I have purchased from Speedzone, the first being a 1 cell 5000mah 3.7V 50C which also performs flawlessly.

I will continue to recommend Speedzone products where I race.

Thank you Speedzone

Excellent showing guys. Congrats Rob! We have a very good on-road program so it's great to see the off-road program gaining momentum. We will also eventually tackle the oval scene!

Default ROAR 2011 OnRoad Nationals

ROAR 2011 OnRoad Nationals Update

Congrats to Peter Robinson for a strong 2nd place finish in the 17.5 Non-timing 12th Scale A-Main. It once again shows that our packs are here to stay and can compete with the best in the industry.

Peter was leading A1 but lapped traffic put him on his lid, allowing eventual winner Andrew Knapp to score the A1 win. Peter finished a mere 2 seconds behind Knapp. In A2 it was Knapp and Robinson again...Peter stayed with Andrew for the entire 8 minutes; neither driver making a big mistake and they finished 1-2, the only two going 36 laps.

A3 was all Peter as Knapp decided to sit it out.

Super run Peter!
