Had a great race day saturday. Packs performed great.
qualed 2nd finished 2nd

i gave the leader a run for his money for a little while we tangled and droped back to 2nd and 3rd.
Jason then pressured me and i finally wrecked after 4 laps of close bumper to bumper action.

got my self back up to second and put it on cruise to finish me and jason put a whole lap on the field.

i got something for him next time!

Sunday is the Tamiya TCS race, ill be running the fastest class offered which is 17.5 not boosted, Running speedzone packs, then its off to the asphalt nats on thursday morning! Results to come!

hey guys, yesterday i TQ'd in the first round and reset TQ in the second round, then was out qualified by only about 1 second by a national 12th scale champ/ snowbird champ. I ended up qualifying 2nd and placing third after a very rookie mistake on the first lap and dropped to 5th, was able to make a huge come back and finished within less than half a second behind 2nd place. Today i was not so lucky, I now remember why i prefer pan car classes they are easier to drive. Headed to New Jersey for the asphalt nationals!

I would like to add that Casey Young qualified 2nd in Gt-1 and took 1st running SpeedZone lipo's.

Over the weekend the Great Lakes Mod Shootout took place in Ohio. It was a bit of a light turn out but we made the most of it running 4 quals and triple a mains.

2wd buggy - took 2nd in the b main after a spinout at the start of the race

stadium truck - took 4th on a brand new truck

4wd buggy - i was the only one with one, so i raced with the 4x4 sct class, i finished 6th overall but i didnt push it with a new motor on a small track

outside of a dozen or so parts broken a good time was had by all and a great race was held.
