Be thankful they will even consider warranting electronics.
Any company that will give me the benifit of the dought, can take there time.
You have to understand there is so much more to it.
They have to detemine if its going to be full refund or remanufactured.
Thats just how it works. In Novaks defense I bet its never any ones fault is it? Its always a defective part. Now I'm sure yours is the later and it very well maybe. But this is how it works.
So can I get a sponsership now?

Any company that will get out and face us, and listen to us, answer our questions and give us sponser ship tips and support like Novak. Deserves our money and our support. Think about it.
And you'll possibly see more companies follow suit.

Well like I said, I emailed Charlie. I asked a couple of questions. None were answered. In short all he wrote back was that he has emailed somone about it. Then a big legal disclaimer. Hmm interesting. He wont even give me Bob Novak's email. Is there something to hide from Bob??? Im still waiting for Bob Novak himself to call me, pm me Mr. Novak for my number, or email me, lets chat.

I am shaking my head here on this whole issue....
I dont believe Novak is out to rip anyone off and at the same time maybee they could have handled it differently who knows I dont know thier policies concerning the issue at hand. However I think and judging by the dorogitive post towards Novak personel that the customer has made on here I believe his attitude towards the whole situation certainly may explain why novak handled the issue the way they did.Sometimes warranty issues take time to resolve and I think that by jumping the gun by posting your feelings toward novak on here honestly hurt any chances you had of a favorable outcome on your behalf.

I expect no more than I have to deliver myself with the company I work for. Which by the way has almost 80,000 employees worldwide and has never advertised. Im going to go with our policies on responsibility and making things right on the spot with every client no matter how small the issue.
Most of you that are posting pro novak comments are missing my issue. I started at thread to talk to Novak to get the issue resolved becuase the basically gave me the finger. Had this happened to most any of you, you would be pissed as well and searching for answers. Some of you would just hide in shame that you had been had again by a big company and just kept the anger inside. I do not give idle threats, I told the person at Novak my intentions and I followed through. Simple, now I'm waiting on Mr. Novak himself to explain the company policy on the matter. I'll keep you posted. If I do get to speak or corropsond with him, I will prompt him to make a post on here. I will also have the thread removed once a mutally positive outcome has been reached.
