Voodoo cells were definitely putin the power down again this past weekend. Put me in the A in stock TC with a respectable finishing position. Now if only you'd come out with an automatic traffic avoidance system for the qualifiers... Really had to fight my way through the first 2 until the resort.

Can't wait to order my 4200's this friday... Voodoo 4200's + brushless 5.5 + XX4 + huge offroad track = crazy fun...

Dave, I use a Duratrax Ice charger and the peak detect only goes down to 30mv. Where should the temp cutoff be set?

I would imagine that a temperature of 124 would still be good for these cells as well as the 3800`s. But wait for Dave's reply .

Hey everyone got my cells coming but firstly got two wuick questions:

1. Do you guys glue your packs together or do you just solder them tight?
2. What is your guys's take on cooling fans? Should we use them while charging? afta run?

Thanks for the help.

Default Voodoo Cells TQ's at MARS Vicksburg

Hey Dr.Voodoo
Just got back from another MARS race. This one was in Vicksburg, Michigan. In Stock Buggy I got TQ in the third round. A blistering 7 seconds ahead of 2nd place. In the main I got punted in the first corner up into the dustiest part of the track so that pushed me all the way back to 7th. But I worked my way up to 5th. Next was Stock Truck. Got a good start got through all the carnage but I finished 5th in that one too. Hope to do better in the Last MARS race of the year in Litchfield, Michigan. For an on-road update I have been practicing and getting ready for the Halloween Classic, Cleveland Indoor Champs, and The Novak Race. I can’t wait till Cleveland. Well I gotta go save up some more for Cleveland if I want to get new batteries and tires.

I want to thank Dave for the awesome cells. I qualified 6th in stock at the Sedan Challenge in Frederick , and finished 3rd. in the main. The door prizes were a big hit.
