way to go casper. that's the way to be man. i've given tons of my used stock motors away to kids that come out and race with us. like you said, most of the time they are way better than what they have and it's cool to see them thrilled to get something new. keeps them coming back.

Jimmy is saying it will be MVP's for the handout stock at the reedy!

It is not offical-official but that is what he is working on. I wish they would get rid of all those horrible motors!

He did also mention the track had a lot of work done on it and though not perfect it was looking good. The issue now is a weather watch. There is a 40% chance of rain on Sat right now. We will have to keep an eye on the weather to see what happens with that!

It was New York Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle's private plane. Non-terrorist related. 10 blocks from where I grew up!!!!

The small plane in NY? This looks like a tragic accident. Taking out an apt building in upper manhattan does not sound like a stratigic target.

Yes, it says MVP.

Old Dudes will NOT be running the hand-out. If this changes again,

Scott and several other "Old Dudes" will switch to 19t.

Can't tell you how disappointed I am to see this AGAIN!

The only way to change the hand-out races is to COMPLAIN!

Scott already has. Those of you in stock, COMPLAIN and move to

19t, or suffer with the MVP's. I realize this is a Reedy Race, but

Mike retired some time ago. And this motor needs to be retired too.

I don't know of ANY motor company that uses it, sad to say, but true.

Rant over.

I already made my subtil comment on the TT board to Jimmy. Those stinking fishing weights are so old you still need to solder capcitors on them. It has been so long since we had to do that it is almost fun to watch all the young guys get there motors and try to figure out what the heck to do with those 3 "extra" things they hand them!

Actually, I have a bunch of old, round , original Midnight motors!

I'd rather use them!!!!!!! Then we could watch them

run around trying to find a comm lathe to cut them with.

I'm sure most have never seen a closed end-bell.

Those midnights are good motor. Ryan used to have a stock motor lathe. It has been nice to not have to use those things anymore! Everyone would be scrambling for spring post wrenches which can be hard to find as well!

Twister? I ran a few of those. As a matter of fact, Jason and I wound a few of those.

The first motor I ran was called "The animal". I still have it, I think its a 14x4. Not sure what make it is. I just know that I drove my dad's RC10 around the neighborhood with it along with our 1200s.
