We had a great time at OCRC yesterday! Jeremy had a heck
of a run in the Mod-Main and beat Hartson!! Looks like he's
getting in shape for the new season and his new ride looks
good!!

Alex had terrible luck in the qualifiers, I am sure I am the jinx
now!!!!!! We left before his main, and you guessed it, HE WON!
Everytime I leave, he wins!!!!

Thanks to Darin Halverson's wife, who takes care of me with
"treats"---------cupcakes AND brownies!!!! She makes
REALLY awesome brownies!!!!!!!

And, did you guys see Robert sporting his new Banzai gear????
Also, thanks Robert for continuing to give all of us a great
place to race at!!

we had a good turnout at crcrc club race sunday. i finished third in the amain in buggy out of 11 and 8th out of 22 in truck. cant wait to get out there , just hope i can make the time to at least make a club race at ocrc.

MoM, your right, it was a great turnout by the Banzai Nation and fun was had by all. Great to see Robert Black sporting the Nation colors. Next time I will keep a closer eye on the Halverson package, I only got (1) brownie Lord knows I don't need more, but they are good Thanks for the goodie bag, everything was in order and very much appreciated. Hey Scott

No I'm not going this weekend! Casey was in town yesterday for a Jack Daniels promotion deal (can you say Jack and Coke) and I met him there and we talked for a little bit. It's tough to get to much time with him at those type of deals cause everyone wants a piece of him. I'm going to go back to North Carolina at some point this year and hang out with him and his parents. I'm not sure what race yet! Maybe the all star race at charlotte and stick around for the 600 too.

Daytona update: He said he had a lot better car than a 15th place finish he said his plan was to hang back and try and stay out of the wrecks and with about 30 or so to go head to the front. With about 75 to go they told him he needed to go rain was coming and he made his way up to about 13th or so when Jr had his deal then finished 15th. He said he'd of liked to had the chance to finish the race but at the same time he's not totally upset with 15th in the big picture.

Fontana: He told me he thinks they will have a good car this weekend. He really likes fontana. He said if the car isn't just right there is enough grooves you can move up or down to find a sweet spot.

I think that we'll really be able to tell what kind of car he's going to have this year over the next few weeks. Daytona really dosen't tell you much!

Oh I will be for sure racing the Battle. I might actually pull myself out of electric retirement for this one race! lol

You know its just that this nitro stuff is so addicting, however, I think it might be the fumes!lol Too many indoor races for me!
