Just started pouring rain up here, I'd gladly ship it to you all by the bucket-full. You all need it SOOO MUCH MORE than we do!

Thoughts and prayers y'all

Thanks for the concern guys.

All is as well as can be for now.

After having lost everything in the 03 fires, I did not want to go through it again.
We've been emptying my inlaws house as well as other family members located in Julian and Ramona.

Houses seem to be ok. lost some more fencing and a barn/storage unit.
1/8 wonder track took some flames to the south side of the compound, but is in great shape otherwise.

I got the chills reading your post, Downtown.
I know you lost everything in '03, including a large
collection of vintage R/C stuff.

Take care and let us know how you are. I can't help
but worry, the TV is just full of awful pictures. Julian is
such a beautiful place, I sure hope it gets saved too.

AE, I'm trying to post from everyone I have heard from.
Several, including Ten called in today. It's such a relief
to hear their voices or read their posts!!
Mitch checked in once, maybe he will again.
Brian Kuyper called also. He's ok.

I hope all of you outside California don't mind our posts,
it's the only way we can keep in touch and know ALL our
R/C family is ok. Thank you all for your prayers!!

Mom im doing good down here.

I dont think were in any danger here in Santee, but my family and I are still watching the news just in case. The smoke is pretty bad down here, but other than that it's going ok.

Hi Mitch!!!!!!!!! Glad to see you're ok!! The smoke must
be really bad down there. It helps to turn on the air-
conditioning!

Thanks for checking in, I don't worry so much about
everybody that way!!!!!

Stay safe, and keep watching the TV for news!

Man...I'm glad to hear all of the Banzai family is ok...I don't know how you all do this - I remember dealing with headaches when a hurricane hit over here, I can't imagine the sheer madness if we got even a fraction of those fires over there...

I guess its a "plus" for living in an area without a ton wilderness

Hope you all stay safe and make it back in one piece

Things are looking much better today! The winds have really
died down, and the humidity is up and won't be quite so warm.
That means more planes in the air!!!!!
Still burning pretty good in San Diego, but at least there's
a real chance to fight the fires now.

Anybody have any racing news?????? I think we all
could use a little break from the fires!!!!

But guys, keep checking in, everyone feels better knowing
the Banzai family is safe!!!!!!!

I'd going to Texas tomorrow by myself cause Bean has a head cold or something. Freaking wuss. Thats about it here. Be nice to get away for a day. I need a break from all the things going on right now. Just bad times. But yeah thats about it. Wish I had good news to cheer everyone up.
