Yes three drops are calulated into the total points. What you will loose is the participation points which do not go away. As close as some of the classes are those particiaption points can be the difference. You need a min of 5 races to qualify for trophies and points at the end of the sereies though.

Halve, there's a story in the On-Road section entitled
Batteries Gone Wild. Is that the pack that exploded
at the track???? Because the story sure is different
than what happened! Maybe a different incident ????

Yea, little different. Some guy on Sat. lost two packs in his tool box, tried to charge a third. Brian noticed it was smoking, and the guy threw the pack on to the ground. It blew and took off like a rocket, and hit Brian in the back.
