Having just had a decent run at our indoor track with my V2 I can agree, I had to go to the heavier side springs and put the heaviest oil I had on the damper tubes to stop it from lifting the inside front wheel! which was causing all sorts of crazy handling.
I may even have to go up a spring on the centre shock as it is still understeering a tad too much for my liking.

I also have 2 Assoc. microshocks coming to replace the damper tubes, cleaning and re-oiling those damper tubes gets old real quick.....

I ran my car for the first time this weekend at CEFX in 1/12th stock and was pretty happy with the results. I ended up with .22 front springs, 5 deg. blocks, 30k lube, and red center spring with 40 wt.

Qualified 4th and ended up 4th with some BIG mistakes.

this is not meant as a shameless plug, but moreso an opportunity to race against the best. a chance for unmistakable results for team diggity.

there will be some diggity designs in the 1/12 stk class at the halloween classic, me for 1. i think im a so so driver, winning 1 roar national title and all, lol. (as his head swells) i think the diggity D-12 v2 is awsome, hopefully i can put my pro-match powered D-12 v2 in the main, long as i get a little love.

Apl and I had a great time at the cleveland warmup race- Special thanks to Seaball and Jim for getting us in and finding us tables late friday night... It was good to chat with Lemiuezer! I also had a chance to meet Jeff Cuffs hes a great guy and crazy fast on the track!!

Thanks to Danny at SMC for the great cells!!

Also wanted to give props to Team Hurricane for their humor! Ill have to hit you guys up at the next race for some horsepower!!

We missed all the practice on Friday since Apl had to work so we each got about 10 minutes of practice on Sat morning.. I got faster each round, just needed the practice! The XLR8 was handeling awesome on the high traction carpet just couldnt find the right mote setup! I qualified 9th in the C-main in a stout field of great drivers with A-I mains in TC stock, so I guess thats not too bad considering I havent made it to a big race in awhile and no practice! I think Ill run 19T at the next race

Apl did pretty good also with his D12, we both struggled to find some good power from our motors.. He also was trying to decide wich tire setup worked best so he needed some practice as well!! The car looked really good except when he had the wrong tires on

Here are the results from the Halloween Classic at the Gate: RESULTS

On the 18T conversion is the excessive movement of the spur gear alright or does it need to be shimmed up.

Thanks,
