Heh guys, wanted to drop a note and say the help from Axiom was great for the Nats. Even though we used handout motors, the help with brushes, etc. was great. Used the f-brushes on my stock 1/12th and was able to qualify 4th in the a-mains. I polarized my brushes for sedan using top and bottom cut 766 on neg and cut 767 on pos with bent purp and green on neg; power was there but driving was a little short and couldn't find the couple seconds needed to put it in the a-mains. I will be writing a story and going through my photos and it will be printed in the next issue of Xtreme RC, look for it. Carl "edseb" Hyndman

With a Axiom Co27 I Qaulified 2nd in stock truck (tqed first round and second last round) at the Rc Pro series Electric offroad nationals this weekend.
I took the lead at about 3/4's of a lap in, the #1 truck just happened to "forget" there was a hairpin coming up an spun me into the tube.
After the freightrain of trucks went by at was marshelled and was in 10th.
Traffick was intense and I ended up 7th in the main.
I finished 7th in the national points for stock truck,6th for 4whl mod and 9th for mod truck.
My motors were very strong and fast all weekend,
Thanks Dave!

Well im back in the racing sence again. just ran some stock foam in practice this tuesday and was extremly rusty. by the end of the night i was racing 19t foam with a kamodo(so?) and my god are those rippy, to make it short. i was 3thents off the guys that have been racing the past couple of months. Ill be down next monday to test some more in 19t foam, along with cycling my pack. maybe run some non-nats tires to pick up a couple of tenths and maybe pick up a new stick or something.

Ill let you know how it goes next race day. i should get closer with in the next weeks to get my self back in the game for the up coming carpet season

Got back from my first Regionals last night. I qualified 9th in the A-Main for Stock Truck but had to take a DNS in the second Main and finished 10th overall. I was happy to make the show for my first real big race. I used my Axiom P2K2s. Fellow Axiom driver Josh Fenton finished 7th place A-Main in Stock Truck and 8th place A-Main in Stock Buggy. Our motors had power to spare all weekend!
