I have had orders shipped with excuses like:
"Oh I accidentally took items out of the parcel"
I just find it really bad business ethics to charge for items that you know you dont have in stock. This is partially due to these damn automated order systems

Site is being modified for when it hits a zero QTY it will not let you order it, no matter what, infact I am looking into a code that when it hits zero it just disables it from the site so it cannot even be seen..
This is an ongoing issue with Oscommerce and not just Axiom, other companies have had the same issues I been having

You say you never got them, I say you did get them. This has been going on for Months, besides the fact you always had me mark gift on your packages and not include an invoice so you can avoid taxes.

Sorry, but its a matter of 1st in 1st out and I know the customers that were waiting for their order prior to yours are happy now, but would of been upset if yours got done before theirs, just like if someone ordered Today and it went out Tomorrow and you were still waiting you would of been upset.
