I was wondering if Randy could tell me what wattage the mini rage can handle. I've been looking around at 20mm brushless motors and I'm not really sure if I still need to hold fast at 20mm can diameter or if I can go up to a 24mm diameter, like this guy.

It should run that motor fine.

For TC Stock, I'm thinking of a Gen2 17.5 paired with an RS speed control. Is this a suitable pairing?

Thanks.

Hi Guys,

A few question to ask as being new to Tekin RS Pro. Does anyone use Ko Propo and calibrate with Tekin RS Pro running the newest firmware? Throttle & Brake EPA of Ko Propo can be set to 150, but following the Rekin RS Pro manual, it stated to set both EPA to "100 percent". Should i dial down from 150 to 100 before calibration procedure? Thanks in advance,

regard,
bullz

I use the latest Ko radio. You can go 150/150 and get a bit more resolution but it's minor. I prefer 100/100 so when I tell someone I have my brakes turned down 20% they can match it on their radio at the same rate.

Also, Gen2 17.5 2404 and 2405 are the same price.. is it worth going for the RPM ver or just stick with the normal Gen2?

It has been sent in to ROAR and will be legal as soon as they give the approval.

The RPM version gives a slight advantage over the regular version, but you lose a little torque in the process. It's really up to you which one, the RPM one just gives slightly higher RPM output.

This is a question regarding the Tekin FXR

When I go full throttle it pulses. Never really goes "full throttle" but by sound about 1/2 throttle, then dies out, then goes back to 1/2 again in about 1 second increments. In reverse it will go to full throttle.

I've changed motor (silver can), battery, and went through my radio gear everything with that is fine. Also plugged it into hotwire and reset settings.

Do the led's hold steady while on full throttle?
