I am going to offer partial battery sponsorships to 5 drivers within the US. The 5 selected drivers will receive a pricing discount on our matched cells. Furthermore, every cell is checked and matched by me. The reason I am doing this is obvious...to get my name out there, promote Speedzone and market my cells. Those of you who know me, know that I love racing and I am doing this to provide racers with another great source for purchasing matched cells.

Gavin, I wish you the best of luck in this venture. I'd apply myself, but I don't expect to get around much... I'll be pretty much sticking to South Shore for a while.

Guys, I've known and raced with Gavin for years, and I can tell you you'll have to look far and wide to find a more honest stand up guy than him, both on the track and off.
50 % would be better, at least the racer/hobby shop will be on the same page...25% is not enough..if your cells retail for 90 bucks than going to your LHS would be cheaper....what would be your street price for these cells? getting your name out there is one thing ,i think if you start out @ 50 % off you will get a bigger return for the select few...

I am also most likely going to increase the discount on packs but that's a TBD. I will not post the discount rate but will notify the drivers once selected.
Lastly, because of the issue with receiving emails, I am going to keep this open and accept applications until March 20th.

TeamHomies: I absolutely agree IF our discount was off MSRP. So let me clarify, discount will be based off the selling price on our website, not MSRP/Retail.
I don't put or have MSRPs on our cells. I could just say that MSRP is $110.00 and discount is let's say 60%. But let's be realistic no one should or will pay $110 for a pack or should even pay anywhere close to $80.00 for a matched 6-cell pack.
I truly believe that the select drivers will be more than happy with their discount and with the performance of their packs. The same goes for our regular customers, it's my guarantee!
