I placed an order and put down the economy shipping. It shipped UPS and is taking 3 days to get to me. I live in orange county. Why is it so slow? Why couldn't you ship USPS?

Thanks again for the order and sorry for the inconvenience. The charger made the package heavy. The shipping defaults to UPS when it's over 1lb. Economy shipping works best on parts orders.

Would this also be the case for Canadian orders? If so, I'll never order anything over 1lb from you.

I ask, because UPS charge extortionate brokerage fees on anything crossing the border. For example, my $100 transponder had over $40 in brokerage on top of $20 shipping sent via UPS.

USPS tend to be much more reasonable. I've had several orders over $150 sent via USPS and never had to pay more than $20 in brokerage fees.
