new HV's?

Let me try to clear this up.
The new Ultra Panasonics are just a good batch of SMH's reshrunk in new shrink to try and get interest in them because Panasonic has lost the edge to the Sanyo HV. ROAR decided not to allow a new cell to be raced at the oval Nats.
The last 3 batches of HV's have been a bit better voltage wise and the Actual IR has also been slightly lower. Sanyo is constantly trying to improve the HV but because they have tweaked the cell a bit they will not reshrink it.

Dennis: No were not currently doing Ultras at the moment and after testing this cell it appears to be nothing more than a decent batch of SMH's.
In our ontrack testing the HV's are giving us better results.
Sanyo released the HV in the old shrink for companies to test. I believe they did 2 or 3 batches in the old shrink before they came out with the new shrink. It's basically the same cell.
The last few batches that we have matched are the best yet.
