Default Bad balance connectors on 6k SMC 28c pack

Hey guys,

So, I absolutely love my hardcase 28c 6000mah 2s packs. They have a ton of punch and last forever. However, I have a problem. Both of my balance connectors are bad on these packs. One I believe just has a bad connector and the other has a one of the 3 wires pulled off the battery. Unfortunately, that pack would need the case off to repair.

Any ideas on how to get the case off or repair this? I really don't want to have to ship this back and have it shipped to China for repair.. thanks
