Default voltage fluctuations while charging

I have a relatively new 5200 24C pack (5224LD). I'm charging on an ICE charger at 1C. Let me first say that I also have a 4100 SMC pack that I have had alot longer and have not noticed the issue I'm about to describe.
I use an equinox (w/ high current adapter) to balance charge. Basically, the voltage fluctuates a ton while charging. AFTER the pack hits the 8.4 volts, and the ICE charger starts to lower the amperage, the voltage starts jumping around in the range say 8.32 to 8.46. It eventually finishes charging with about 8.401 volts.

The battery is not puffy, it hasn't been dropped and definitely hasn't been over discharged. The pack is still working fine. My 4100 SMC pack stays at 8.4 then entire charge, without the voltage jumping around like that.

Someone at my local track said it was fine but I'm not sure. I've seen peak voltage at 8.46 for the pack. Is this ok?? Thanks.

its fine... ive had some SMC packs stop charging at 8.36 volts and some that stop charging at exactly 8.4 and some that finish at 8.43

its fine keep running them... cycle the batteries mabe that will help
