Although Keith's sig might be worth somehting SOMEDAY, TRUHE'S helps out with the drivers name, SLINGSHOT helps with the PRODUCT name.
BOTH=TOP notch stuff and and even better people behind them

That stuff is all awesome. I will do my best to spread the word. Good luck this weekend guys and have some fun. I hope the track is in pretty good shape after the rain!
m_perkins, Pegasus is just past Revelation in the Ontario/Montclair area. I can't wait for the race... there are some top-notch people behind it, and I think they'll do a great job putting on an exciting, full, and first and foremost, FUN day of racing.
Keith- wanted to say THANKS!!
The pack that SLINGSHOT donated Raised a HUGE amount for the Blood Bank
Truhe's sig on the box from Cactus 07
Great stuff, GREAT people, make this hobby what it is
BTW- It was won by a new(again) driver from 95'. Running a LOSI XXT. In mint Cond.
Now he can see the difference in 2400ma and the 'new breed' of cells.

And Vegas Kevin- The Bj4 MIGHT just be invincible now.
Newman hooked me up with some 'special' arms from the TAMIYA car.
10 mins, a nail file, and a little trimming with the x-acto.
It shortens the wheel base by .030, But that just semed to give me a little more steering.
Betwixed the new arms, SLINGSHOT power, and a Banzai. You gonna go down at the next JBRL we meet up at

downtown - you talking about the Tamiya 4wd buggy? How do you like it?
I really wish we had a 4wd offroad class strong over here on the east coast They are soo cool to watch
Its looking like I might be doing some off-road racing this summer Any pointers for a not-so-smooth-on-the-trigger TC driver??
When you are charging you cells for mod off-road, what's the "standard" charge rate? 6amps? or higher or lower?
Keith - went racing last weekend (while you all were out at the cactus), cells were awesome, but the gremlins won the day I broke so much on my 12th scale it wasn't even funny - I was tempted to consider what I did that weekend not racing
Can't wait to get some EP for the off-road season

k-bojar-- We recommend charging at 6 amps for everything.
Sorry to hear about all the breaking! That takes some fun out of it. It sounds like running 4wd at the cactus! There were guys that broke all 4 rounds of quaifying!
K-bo, Yes the ARMS are from the New 501x I think it is.
I'm running an older version BJ-4. Arms Seem to snap like twigs in the front.( my horrid trigger finger)
I got some plastic arms, not carbon, from the front of the Tamiya car.
Very little work to get them on. But then I gave them a good 'downtown' test run.
Ask Keith or Judi-- I AM NOT easy on things. But the arms held up no Prob.
And THE FIRST step I take to smooth myself out a little, UNDER MOTOR!!
I ran a 16x4 in th 4wd the first weekend.
I only run a 13x3 in mod truck.
and 14's in buggy.
I seem to pull too hard in mod.
I like stock and 19t better

Glad you are liking the cells.
Thanks Casper...
I understand breaking is a part of racing, but I was breaking weird stuff - esc, shock shaft, endbells on motors, 2mm solid graphite antennas - bizarro stuff
