Dave--You should start a display case for those shelf queens.... Also, the paint, you nailed it..... I'll give you a call Friday to touch base on your order, or you can just PM me if that's more convenient.
Heres my vintage ride. Check out the sweet mechanical speed control Its got the swaybar on the front. And look at that battery!! It even has an Associated stock motor in it.

Steve--That's a sweet Sanyo 1200 stick pack you got there..... Didn't you guys ever think to run your battery down the middle.... My dad and I made a cool bracket to mount the mechanical speed control on the tower, until I got the Novak NESC1 back in 1985.....
KWHIS- That's the plan with my older stuff.
In the collecting phase right now(replacing some stuff I once had), Then onto restoration and Then 'Display'
I was trying to 'nail' it for ya.
That was my first body on a new brush. Masking your second tonight(hoping for both for Sat) It should be even Better.
'Goldie' Still has the serrations on the brushes of 'her'(Associated Motor)
I do have some old school 4 pin deans( in Black ), but I can't beat the 'PINK'? Hot wires

What is a good battery building jig? I have one of those plastic ones but the 4200's dont fit in ti very well in it. I though I had found one of those Deans jigs but after I paid I got an email that he showed one in stock but didnt have it I have a shiney new pack of EP's 4200 I want to build but would like to have a decent jig.
Yeah I found one on Ebay for a reasonable price of $14.98 including shipping. I clicked buy it now and paid and the next day he said he didnt have it Yes these are very hard to find and the ones on Ebay are over priced.
I have used one of those as well. VERY COOL jig. You can use it as a heat sink when charging batteries as well although this would only really be needed in the heat of the summer.
In support of a local track and your first shop I purchased a pack from FHR but I need two. I'll give ya a call if I dont go to Laughlin this weekend. If not I'll call you next week
Hey Casper want to go halfers on this Cool looking jig Keith I may just get it since it is only money. I was thinking of making one though and may give that a shot first.

speaking of 'heat sinks'-KWHIS- what was that blue? heat sink style cooling tray I saw you with at socal?
(Flat billet, notched for cells) Looked like a nice 'mellow' cooling tray
That perked my interest the more I thought about it.
Like not too much cooling but just enough at the 'right' rate?
