Dave and the SD/FHR crew--It was great seeing all you guys today. Can;t wait to see what those 1/12ths cale bodies look like.

Skinny--Did you get to run the packs you got last week? You looked pretty fast out there today. That looked like I tough track for bubby. I know it was bumpy for truck.....

NC_hopsing--It was great to meet you today. So what did you think of your first dose of Slingshot power???

Casper & Ryan--It's always a pleasure to have you guys run my stuff and hope the three of us can get together at the track more often!

Always fun when we meet up Keith
Thanks again for helping to 'complete' the party.
Tried to make today low stress, yet competitive for all.
Thanks too for looking at that pack.
Resilient little buggers those EP cells are
You've got a great scheme going with your colors, should look great on the LOLA style body.

It was great to meet you in person today Keith I had a great time today. It was really fun to be able to give the So Cal "locals" a run for their money When I watch Casper and Ryan in practice it just amazes me at how fast they look on the track! Cant wait to get together again with all of you guys Looking forward to having you guys come down to SD. And Keith, cant wait to get some EP4200's of my own (so I dont have to borrow Downtowns for the main )

I put the month and year on one of the battery bars when I build them with a fine tip sharpie. It seems to work well.

Ok thats what I did but didnt know if it would rub off or not with all the heat. It's easy for me now as my older packs look like a caveman put them together while the newer packs look progressivley better.

Sorry for being a DUD on Suday. I have been fighting the flu or something for the past few days and was just trying to make it through the day.

No problem. It has been going around. My whole family has been sick on an off for the past month or so. Hope you are feeling better. It was nice to meet your wife this weekend as well!

James--Take care of yourself.... I had the flu earlier this year and it's the sickest I have ever felt. Got it from the wife who got it from one of her students I'm sure as all sorts of things travel around high schools.

As for pack marking, I just keep running um even after they are 2 seasons old..... Just ask Casper, I get every last drop out of them..... And you all probably thought I kept the best packs for myself.....

I was looking at some old pics from 88 -89 and cant believe how far we have come.

How much better are diamond bits than Carbide? I destroyed my Diamond bit on Sunday and can get Carbide bits for a buck at McMaster carr. Kind of makes it hard to spring for a Diamond bit.
