Well I am finally getting the parts to fix the SP today! We may have to meet at a track soon to "break" in the SV2!

You guys see that they are allowing BRUSHLESS MOTORS and LIPO BATTERIES in ALL CLASSES at the 2008 Cactus Classic this year?

Hey Mr. Whisler, remember those cool battery packs you had in those ziplock bags at Pegasus????? You might want to expedite them since the Cactus will allow us to use them.......

Lipo is not going to be much of an advantage, but brushless (in stock and 19 turn), well that's a different story.........

Actually Ten, theres nothing "stock" about a stock motor . Banzai, Murfdogg, Birdman.......they all change the springs and brushes..and cut the comms to make them faster than how they originate from Epics production plant....soo really, its like going and buying a Honda, and then slapping on an exhaust, headers, and intake and saying that its "stock" too. A true stock motor, would have the springs and brushes that it came with when produced.

yeah but how do you call a ''stock'' motor with bearings stock. plus Bl motors don't heat up as much there for you can gear it higher and get away with it.

A very wise choice in my opinion.

I was on the fence about cactus for this year, but That helps alot.

I think its a great idea as well. I am glad to see them step up and try and incorporate where this sport is going.

We are used to saying "stock" motor. We should say "spec" class just like 19T. No doubt that BL will have a huge impact in both classes of stock and 19T.

As was I, but it looks like I will not be going. I can't afford to buy new brushless stuff just for this race, and then brushed for everything else.
