HELP!!! I need help with my brakes

Hello

I have got a kyosho mp 7.5
I need help. My brakes are CRAP.
They just keep slipping.
I have got a 6 Kg Servo for them. No different to my 3 KG.
Wat can i do to imporve them?

1) set your transmitter to more pull on the brake (digital TX) OR
2) shorten your brake setiing on your car ( shorten the rod that pulls the brake pads together ) so they get closed faster OR
3) Change brake pads or brake discs (see which is in bad shape ) or you can clean them up,maybe got dirt or oils on it
