Thank you for you enquiry. Under the General Rules and regulations from TAC2006 page, rule no. 5 states:

"5. Any brand of stick pack batteries can used in the 4wd GT, M Chassis and Buggy class. For Stock class, only Tamiya 2400sp batteries are allowed."

However, participants can purchase their 2400 stick packs at a discounted price upon registration for TAC 06 at STARGEK. I strongly recommend Tamiya and Intellect Stick packs for performance and durability.

nope. only the stock class requires 2400mah stick packs

can use any brand of batteries for the other classes, matched/unmatched, just basically anything, as long as there're 6 cells, not more

cheers!

is this confirmed? cos under the general rules (as posted above) stated any brand but must stick packs:
"5. Any brand of stick pack batteries can used in the 4wd GT, M Chassis and Buggy class. For Stock class, only Tamiya 2400sp batteries are allowed."

if it's confirmed can be any arrangement and can use matched battery then it is a very good news for me.
