After an exciting first RALLY150 race which saw thrilling action on the track and in the pits with 30 participants pushing their cars and themselves to the limit, we are excited to announce a follow-up to the RALLY150 race with the BOXING DAY WHEELIE EDITION! If you thought the first race was nuts, this one will be bananas!

Race Date:
Saturday 26 Dec 2015

Basic Information:
A Rain or Shine, 150-minute 4WD Wheelie* Endurance Race.

General Rules and Regulations:


1. Registration limit to 15 teams only. At least 5 teams required to start the race.
Registration can be done on site at RaceWorks Hobbies (address below) or Stargek.


2. Team requirements:
- 3 members per team
- First 3 legs must be run by different members of the team
- Driver *must* be changed every 30 minutes
- Change of drivers can only be done upon the Race Director’s announcement at every 30mins mark during the race.
- Other team members are to marshal their own cars as there will be no marshals designated.


3. Equipment Restrictions:
- Chassis: Any Tamiya Wheelie Chassis* : CW-01, WR-02, GF-01
(A Tamiya GF-01 kit is included in the race fees but racing with this is optional)
- Front & Rear Tires: *Any* Stock Tamiya Wheelie Tire (from CW-01, WR-02, GF-01)
- ESC & Motor : Tamiya TBLE-02s ESC & Tamiya Torque-Tuned Motor (included in fees)
- Bodyshell : Open
- Batteries: Any 7.4V, 2S Lipo or 7.2v, 6-cell Nimh

*Tamiya Wheelie Chassis include:
- CW-01 : Lunchbox, Midnight Pumpkin, Pajero Montiero
- WR-02 : Wild Willy 2, VW Wheelie Van, Suzuki Jimny [SJ30], etc.
- GF-01 : Heavy Dump Truck, Toyota Land Cruiser 40


4. Repairs/upgrades:
- All repairs MUST be done in the Pit-Area only
- Only battery and tire change can be done beside the track


5. Drivers’ behavior:
- Smoking is allowed at the designated smoking area only
- Strictly NO smoking at the Track and in the Pit Area
- Basic race etiquette must be observed at all times during the race


6. Penalty:
- Any team or team members found not observing the smoking and pitting/repair rule, as well as displaying poor race etiquette, will result in penalty of deduction of laps


7. Race Fees: $150
- Race fee for the team
- Tamiya #58622 GF-01 Heavy Dump Truck kit
- TBLE-02s ESC (brushed and brushless)
- Torque-Tuned motor
GREATER VALUE:
- all teams who joined previous RALLY150 race get an additional Torque-Tuned motor FREE!


8. Event time table:
3:30pm Registration
3:50pm Group photo taking and race brief
3:50pm Grid draw, followed by forming up on the grid
4:00pm Race Commence (Driver change every 40mins)
6:30pm End of Race
6:45pm Results and prize presentation
