Is it a regular marker ink ? if so, try using WD40.

Default Removing ink marks.

Try alcohol. U can get a box of those alcohol swabs that hospitals used for cleansing at $5.15 from Pharmacy or use another non-permanent marker and write over the stain. It works on whiteboard.

Nitro fuel is the best & easiest, we use that during race days for quick cleaning & touch-up of the bodyshell before finals

Another tips is that u can use the Rain-X. It is use clean the car and motorbike windscreen (anti fogs). I used it to clean all the black stain marks on all my bodyshells. Your bodyshells will looks like brand new after applying it. You can buy it at any petrol station or DIY shops.
