I had two 9X siezed before. All they do is ask a few questions and said a few warnings in regards to IDA. Self-Collect from their HQ at PayaLebar. Troublesome, but a rare scenario, for now.

As for Lipos, if time is not a problem, their EMS and Registered Air works fine. It just takes up to a month or slightly beyond. HK had sorted out a few things with FijiPost regarding some problems they were facing on late packages. If you are in a hurry, just go for Fedex (And note that you can only add a few non-lipo items otherwise it will take away the FedEx option). If you have very few lipos to order, you may choose to seek out group-orders who will share the FedEx shipment for everyone's benefits. Watch out for those who attempt to profit or calculate unfairly, some can be quite unreasonable.

As for, i add the lipos into my cart and carry on till the last stage and see whats the available courier it has, fedex think is up to 2kg or the lip capacity on the top left

To activate the FedEx option, just add a $0.99 lipo in the cart.
