- racers should come for registration by 2pm and the race will start promptly at 2:30pm and is targeted to end at 5:15pm.
- organizers aim to run 3xheats and 3xmains (total 6 runs), in the event of a large turnout, 4-minute heats may be run instead of the usual 5-minute heats. For extremely large turnout, expect event to end up to 30 minutes later.

I'm trying to register for the 4wd buggy race, however each time i quote and do the instructions as mention,
