Questions?? anybody can help?

I recently just added LED lighting to my shell, now i can only reverse the car and cannot go fwd.If i change the crystal to another controller, it can only go fwd and cannot reverse.How come lidat?and when i intend to change to a 2.4ghz controller, i have to trim my throttle to b17 to stop the car from going fwds...wah lau...is there anyway to "reset" esc?BTW it's tt01D.anybody can help?

here are the steps to reset the Tamiya TEU101BK (stock esc for TT01D), unless you have replaced/upgraded the ESC:

1. trim to centre (on the transmitter)
2. transmitter on
3. car on
4. ESC Beeps once
5. press set button (½ second)
6. ESC continuous single flash
7. throttle to max forward and press button
8. ESC continuous double flash
9. throttle to max reverse and press button
10. ESC Stops flashing and is set up

if this fails, then its time to trouble-shoot the transmitter, which might be faulty.
