Default Techincal support for HOBBYWING Products.

Hi guys, I am assigned to test n race hobbywing products mainly 1/8 electric but I am also testing 1/10 products mainly esc & motors.

Any problems you guys faced can post here if I can't answer u I will ask the engineers in china for u.

I have been working closely with hobbywing for the past 1 year plus, racing n pushing their products to the max. Racing them!

I have burnt esc ranging from hardware to software n motors. Emailed for support n answers.

So today I would like to help bashers, racers or whoever using hobbywing products so they can get help or support.

Feel free to ask questions

Muscle,

I have 2 hobbywing 60A:

1) Hobbywing 60A V1 --> FET like telok already. Super bad acceleration. Can advise?

2) Hobbywing 60A V2 --> Out of the box, the ESC like very low brakes already adjust max brakes on both ESC and radio but yet the brake is very little. Can advise?

Haha thanks.

I dun think its a temp issue at all. I think the FETS are really dead. However, I think send back for service is more ex than buying new one haha.

i took have a hobbywing 60A v2. feel that the brakes are not really good...

I am drifting but i apply 100% brakes... i don't see my tyres locking at all, it just continue to spin, but there is slow down.

On the other hand, the hobbywing XERUN 120A v2 has really good brakes!

do you think i should get a USB programmer to update the firmware?(not sure if there is any firmware updates...)
