Anyone hear of maha powerex charger?

is anyone using this charger for his aa or aaa batteries?does this charger has linear or flex charging mode?intend to buy but not sure its gd for my mini z pit box.i been using pitbull and lrp pulsar 1 charger so far ok but i cant seem to dischage my 1000mah gp aaa bateries.i hear this charger has a refresh mode and dischage functions.any comments guys?
