BTW, have you tried the new UJ, claimed ''0 vibration''? I felt that the UJ & drive shaft are rather weak, most of the problems are from that area

yup tried those, basically to mi they are the same, when i use them, the same thing i did to my steering epa, both side only 50+ so as to reduce the chatter on the UJ, when they chatter, many things will die. the pin in ur UJ will come loose, ur kingpin will come loose, the bearing bushing will loosen oso. basically everything related to the front drivetrains will be affected. if tats the case, when i reduce epa on my normal UJ, same theory rite? to reduce chatter. so when both i oso use the same epa to reduce chatter, both dun vibrate, then no diff ma

the wear from the ECS is more, say normal UJ, only 1 pushpin, 1x wear point. ECS has 2x pushpin, 2x wearpoint.

EPA at 50+% wont it be turning radius too wide? especially for BK's track. Agreed with your point of view, having more joints, increased problems.
I used to set my EPA based on the L&R angles read at the tuning kits, both my cars having different EPA setting on L&R at the same angle, do you think i should rebuild the servo's arm angle should the L&R EPA having too much different, example L @ 80% to R @50%?

its ok if both sides have different angles, as long as ur servo horn and the link has a 90 degree (refer to manual), mine has 2 different angles too, 53 and 59 if i rem correctly. true tat turning angle will be wide but u can always use car setup to compensate, have more weight transfer to the front to that the car still steers.

I've tried to set it at 90*, it only be posibble if i drille another hole on it, may try if i'm free.
Talk abt weight, im kinda puzzel with both my cars have different weight distribution from the 4 tyres, with batt on, exp:
Kit T2009: FL188 FR398 / RL415 RR175 total weight 1176g
Kit T2R PRO: FL340 FR253 / RL259 RR310 total weight 1162g

Look at the above data, from heavy to lightest
Kit T2009: RL>FR>FL>RR
Kit T2R PRO: FL>RR>RL>FR
They have different cross weight differences, it puzzles me. both are running BL 5.5T but different brand, beside, electronics almost identical.

Now i wanted to balance the car, seems like i cant have both car balance

Care to enlighten
