Default Hope to get some help to order Kyosho spare parts

I have just had the most unpleasant experience dealing with somebody on RCTECH Singapore who not only kept messing me around with the meeting time but also sold me an item that was supposed to be brand new built and complete. But several items are missing and because he is ignoring my calls, sms, PMs and emails, I am forced to look for the parts myself.

I think looking for the parts will be easier than hunting down this irresponsible kid.

So can somebody help advise which online store is reliable for ordering original Kyosho parts? I tried Toykar but almost every part I enquired about, they have no stock. And even when I want to place an order, I am told they have no idea when the parts will arrive and they don't know how much the parts will cost.

Has anyone ordered Kyosho parts from online stores before? Any to recommend?

Thanks very much for your help!
Ian

sorry to hear bout your nasty ordeal, bro. u might want to expose this 'kid' so that the rest of us are wary of his existence.

anyway, u might want to try the following online stores (tried and trusted):

http://rcmarket.com.hk/index.php (Original Kyosho as well as 3rd party)

http://www.rcmart.com (3rd party only)

Alternatively, u can also try RC Mushroom.

They have a lot of Kyosho parts. But one setback is the tedious verification of identification.

Thanks guys....anyways, he's a kid lah so responsibility maybe is not in his dictionary yet. I don't want to be so hung up on this bad experience. What goes around comes around....

The hong kong sites look promising. I'll check them out. Hope they have the stock on hand. Tried rcmart a couple of time previously and EVERY time I ordered something, they say this no stock, please change your order...quite sian. Maybe I bad luck! Hahahaha.....

Any other sites? keep them coming!

Thanks guys!

Bro... he won't learn cos he got away with it this time...

For kyosho parts, can try either Amain (www.amainhobbies.com) or RC champ.

Parts for the ZX-5 FS not so common yet. What are you missing?

if its zx-5 type than easier to find, i know few parts interchangable. think SP or the RTR is the most common around

If you are not getting alot of stuff, shipping may not be worth it.

What parts are you short of ?

missing teflon sealed bearings, the hard version tie rod, some blue aluminium spacers, bunch of hex screws, etc...

but give credit to the fella....the boy has called me back now and said he's going to look for the missing parts for me. Initially he denied having any more parts, now he's agreed to go look for them. Let's see how it goes lah. Give him a chance.

Thanks guys

violetmind,

congratulations on the purchase, tho its rather sad u were shortchanged. Altho these parts are easily available locally too, ( from other manufacturers) its always gd to have the originals.

I am interested to see it run and compare notes...

regards
