IracingWerkz Nitro 6hrs Endurance race, 23rd Dec 2007 @ Turf City
Date: 23rd December 2007 (4th Sunday of December 2007)
Time: 12pm - 6pm ( if the electric buggy race is on )
10am - 4pm ( if the electric buggy race is cancel )
Will announce and confirm the time for the race on the 18th Dec 2007
Event: 1/8 Buggy class
Race Duration:6hrs
Engine: .21 ( 3.5cc ) engine only.
Fuel Tank: 125cc only.
Direction of course:??
Team:Maximum 13 Team.
Driver Per Team : min 3-4 max
Entry Fee: S$40.00 per driver. eg: 3 driver x S$40.00 = S$120.00
4 Driver x S$40.00 = S$160.00
Cut Out Date:Monday 17 Dec 2007, 5pm.
Payment: All entry fee have to be paid to IracingWerkz, not later than the
cut out date and time Monday 17 Dec 2007, 5pm. ( late entry and payment
will not be entertain ). Team which payment did not receive on the
cut out date and time, will be taken out. ( need to arrange for
tentage, table , trophy ect.......) all driver will receive trophy.
We will not enterain late payment except team on waiting list,
and team from oversea.
Important note: Entry fee per driver name will not allow to transfer on the
race day, any add on driver name will have to pay S$40.00.
Maximum up to 4 driver per team. ( add on driver may not
receive trophy ). Trophy only made for team driver that
register before the cut out date and time.
Entry fee per driver name will not be refund after payment is
receive, however any change of driver name have to be
made no later by Tuesday 18 Dec 2007, 5pm. Any amendment will not
be enterain after this date Tuesday 18 Dec 2007, 5pm.
Rule and regulation: 1 buggy per team, only .21(3.5cc) engine is allow. Fuel
tank 125cc.
for the Frist 3hrs, driver from each team have to complete
1 hr race before changing to the next driver. team which
only consist 2 driver on the race day, (if one of your
driver is late ), you will have to rotate or if replacement
driver needed, he or she will have to pay for the entry fee
S$40.00. Maximum 4 driver per team.
For the last 3 hrs, will be free and easy.
Only one chassis is allow for the whole race,
During the race, Drivers you are allow to service the car,
Change the engine, replace the part etc..... but the
chassis have to be remain, unless it broke into two,
than you are allow to change. Any change of chassis,
must be approval by Ah Leng or Pegan from IracingWerkz.
Personal PT is a must for the whole race, no club CT
support on the race day.
Any service of car, parts change have to be made on the
tentage area, don't do it on the pit area. Pit area only
use for starting, change of battery, refuelling, changing
of glow plug, and changing of tyre. Other than this five
point, the rest have to be made on the tentage area.
The race course direction,?? will only be announce on
the race day itself, it could be one direction, or it could
be both, or it could be half half, or ????
No marshal for the race day, your team member will have
to pit your own car.
Only your team member are allow to pit for you, no
non team member please. This is a ENDURANCE race.
No testing of car on the race day Sun 23rd Dec 2007 in
the track or outside the track. The engine will only start
in the pit stand 5min brfore the race start. All car testing
and setup have to be done before the race day. Please
do not run your car on the open road outside the track
area, the turf management is not very happy about it
and we have hand it over to the management to take
charge of the area, if you will have to be ask to leave
the area by the staff of the management, just too bad
for you. So please follow the rule, work closer with the
organizer, made it a happy and fun race. please inform
your team member whos did not read RCtech.
Weather: If rain (heavy rain ) before the race start, the organizer IracingWerkz will deserve the right to shorten the race duration.
If rain start (heavy rain ) during the early parts of the race, time off will be impose and all team and driver please wait for further instruction. Restart of the race after the rain stop will be base on the lap and time different between each team, the most lap and best time will go 1st and so on.
If rain start ( heavy rain ) after more than half of the race time, (eg: more than 3hrs ), and if run out of time for the race to continual, IracingWerkz deserve the right to finalize the race result base on the early race stage, lap and time.
Time: 12.15 will start the race, the race will end at 6.15pm
If electric buggy race cancell: 10.00am will start the race, race will be end at 4.00pm
Minmum entries: 8 team . If we do not have the minmum paid up entries when we collate the entries on Monday 17th December, cancellation announcement shall be made on Tuesday 18th December
cancellation announcement: cancellation announcement shall be made on Tuesday 18th December, and fee will be refund to all team and driver.
The organizer IracingWerkz will not responsible of any, lost of item, injure and death during the event, please look after your own safety as well as the other.

there is a special rate at the national mental institute; A class, B class, C class and buggy class.
