Wiley, you can safely play 1/12 at hobby bug. The gas cars can't get you much if you drive well. Its better to play there than carparks. The track is smoother and there are no as much debris that can cause your spur to strip compared to a carpark.

'xcuse me, which of Tamiya's M-series chassis can accept side by side packs? This is also a fun class to play!

Alvin, None of the Tamiya M-Chassis series cars accept side to side packs, unless you get the aftermarket chassis. All stock cars uses stick packs.

Ivan, are such aftermarket stuff available in singapore? Price?

Also, if that is the case then M chassis is out for me

How about 1/12 or 1/10 pan car? Can side by side packs fit? For my next vehicle I want something FUN. E.g. TXT1 (out of budget) or pan car etc.

Thanks!

Such aftermarket stuff if there's any of such sort will definitely be very expensive.

1/12th and 1/10th pan cars can accept side by side packs (saddle) and the beauty of it is that the transmission is super efficient and easy to maintain. Also, you can use a stock motor and blow away any touring with a mod! You also need not use any high performance servo to have fun, just stock will do fine. If you know how to drive a pan car, it'll help polish up your driving. just my opinion.
