can you please give some results,do the batteries really perform better?
I wanted to do exactly the same with my victor iqx8,but never build a board that will accept packs, and the unit is really big to carry around.

can you already estimated the street price?

flysti:

We are currently testing, testing and again testing it. Still working on firmware. But the main thing is we are waiting for some parts to be delivered (long lead times on LCD displays). The first batch should be ready end of May, but this will be a very limited batch. Full production around July should be possible. I'm afraid it will be some more waiting....

wothrottle:
We have not really tested the results on packs yet, still focussing on the development of the charger for now. But we do see quite some difference in charge time, so it should be very interesting to see the increase in performance!

Have been using BatMan for a few weeks for me and this product is just superb. So I guess the I.C.C. will be as good if not better.

Can you give us a rough estimation of its cost?

so what's the feedback from the boys?. the fact that it will charge/discharge per cell has me thinking it may be the only battery tool you will ever need. it will be interesting to put it up against the cdr-5000 wich i'm currently using.
looking foward to this one.

Once we have any test results I will let you know! In the next couple of weeks we're going through some real track testing, should give some indication of performance.

Sorry nnick, can not yet give you a price level for it. We are still waiting for some components that make up a large part of the price. And I don't want to start guessing here...

Can the CDR-5000 even hold it's own against my ProTrak 30...hmmm
I'm definitely interested in the I.C.C though. -JB

Hello,
Here's a little update. The production version is almost ready, we are only missing the LCD displays. It seems that it is impossible for LCD manufacturers to deliver on time. Hopefully we will receive a first small batch beginning of June, we will try to ship them to dealers as soon as possible. I am really sorry for the delay, we're doing everything we can!

As soon as there is any news I will post it here!
